Karaoke event bonus: 10% to the winner + 10% to the accumulated pool
At each karaoke competition, 10% of the total verified voting value goes to the artist with the most votes, and 10% goes into the accumulated prize pool. This 20% allocation is separate from venue reconciliation and replaces the earlier karaoke winner-pool allocation.
One verified token vote represents CAD $0.50. Only tokens used to vote in that karaoke competition count; unused tokens, drinks, entrance fees, admission tickets, taxes and transaction charges are excluded. For CAD $1,000 in verified voting value, the top artist receives $100 and the accumulated pool receives $100.
A tied top result is held for resolution before an award is issued. Pool contributions are tracked separately from payouts.

From a birthday celebration to a live stage show, RIDM Entertainment provides full event planning, ordering, bookings and reservations, event administration, ticketing, hosting and presenting, on-site event management, and post-event promotion. Performer and venue coordination, live broadcasts, video, film and other production services are tailored to the engagement.

Production and event management contracts start at $5,000 per engagement. Birthdays and smaller private events are approximately $1,000–$1,500 per engagement, subject to the agreed scope.
Live public event ticket-sales royalty / bonus: 10% of ticket sales for each live public event, on behalf of the MC and services. This fee is separate from and additional to all other expenditures, charges and operational expenses. The event agreement identifies the recipient, ticket-sales calculation basis, reporting and payment dates.

Discover new voices and performances from around the world. Apply online, receive panel review, build your fan club and compete for audience recognition and promotional opportunities.
The World of Music Festival Talent Search programme includes weekly original-song and karaoke competitions at a different location each week, across at least 52 locations. Karaoke kickoffs and karaoke finals run alongside the talent search, leading through 12 monthly shows in different cities to one annual World of Music Festival grand finale. Multiple local venue collaborations support the year-round programme. Dates, cities, venues and invitations will be published as confirmed.

World of Music Festival Talent Search
Global performance-video applications cost $20. Approved applicants register with the Iridium Network for $100, create their $5 monthly fan club and accumulate verified subscription value toward the $500 promotional and $1,500 full representation thresholds. Judges rate talent from 1 to 10. Selected performances appear on RIDMTV YouTube for audience interaction and voting.

For $5 per month, fans receive access to their chosen artist’s fan-club event content, profile videos, performance updates and 10 initial vote tokens per verified monthly subscription. Physical event admission and ticket purchases are specified separately for each event.

These are RIDM’s proposed commercial terms. A signed artist representation or co-production agreement defines covered revenue, gross or net calculation, approved production costs, taxes, refunds, rights, reporting and settlement dates. This schedule does not transfer an artist’s rights by itself.

The $500 full-package deposit covers system setup, artist websites, fan-club setup and communications. The remaining $1,500 is divided equally over 12 months, starting one month after registration. No additional registration charge is added. Package fees are separate from the existing agreed residual income and revenue shares.
Deliverables, commencement dates and cancellation terms are specified in the representation agreement. Payment schedules are planned; live checkout still awaits activation.
Toronto bar and venue team circle
Submit your karaoke night and team for the weekly Thursday or Sunday round-robin. Venue participation and entertainment-package fee: CAD $2,000 per venue: $500 on reservation and $1,500 one day before the scheduled event. Karaoke registration: CAD $20; Talent Search auditioners: CAD $20 per entry. The group collectively prepays CAD $500 weekly for consumption; reservations and payment confirmations are due Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. Toronto time.

Winner opportunity: a promotional single
The Talent Search winner and the karaoke competition winner each have an opportunity to work with a song or music producer to produce at least one single promoting their achievement. Both category winners may also be considered for a term recording contract.
Producer arrangements, production scope, timing, funding, song and recording rights, credits and release promotion are confirmed in a written agreement. A term recording contract is a possible further opportunity, subject to an offer and mutually agreed terms.
