Agents, producers and industry partners wanted.

Agents, booking agents and promoters in every city, town and region can apply with $20 at signup and annually thereafter, with the initial $80 balance carried on their account and payable over time from commissions. Join our network, list your own professional network, and publish your services and events after payment verification and approval.

Area agent benefits

Approved area agents receive a 10% reduction on listed service prices and a 10% commission on services granted through their referrals. The $20 annual signup payment and initial $80 deferred account balance remain separate from service charges. The deferred balance does not block signup.

For a listed service of $500, the area agent rate is $450. A service commission is recorded at 10% of the agreed service amount, with payment status and settlement recorded by DMC. Provider costs, taxes, refunds and any agreed adjustments must be shown in the service quote.

RIDM Entertainment Talent Show: producers and industry partners welcome

Producers, record companies and entertainment promotion companies are invited to register, apply to join our judging panels, enter their eligible artists and take part in professional talent searches. Bring your regional talent to the Global Exchange and propose recording, production, promotion and artist-package offers.

Regional partners can apply as a network agent, booking agency, promoter, producer, record company or entertainment promotion company. Include your region, artist roster and profile links, professional services, package offers and the roles you wish to undertake. Approved listings follow the network’s existing registration, payment verification and review process; artist profiles and entries require artist authorization.

Judging appointments are subject to review. Disclose artist and business affiliations; judges must not score their own artists or entries where they have a conflict. First-option and label arrangements require a separate written agreement with the artist.

DMC agency pack & agent subscription process

All program marketing and sales agents are managed by DMC Communications. Apply, complete national ID verification, receive your agent QR code, help customers register, record authorized payments for verification, and track service-specific commissions.

Pay $20 at signup and annually thereafter. The initial $80 balance is payable over time from earned commissions, with each agreed deduction and remaining balance recorded by finance. It does not block signup. Registration includes a reviewed agent or promoter directory listing, standard network service access, reservation requests and permission to publish your network services and events after approval. Individual services, production work and reservations may carry separately quoted charges. This registration does not include an artist representation package.

Listings are published after agent approval and verification of the registration fee. Amounts are currently displayed in CAD pending currency confirmation. Checkout is awaiting activation; submitting this form does not charge your card.
