Artist & performer publishing release
The undersigned grants DMC Communications, DMC RIDM Entertainment and World of Music Festival a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, duplicate, edit, adapt, host, distribute, display, perform, broadcast and advertise the identified submitted recordings, songs, photographs, footage, artwork and performer materials for event operation and promotion, related advertising, artist packages, publishing, merchandising and commercial downloads. Ownership remains with the respective rights holders. Commercial receipts and the rights-holder share must be reconciled under the specific revenue terms accepted with this release. This licence does not represent that a performer owns third-party compositions, samples, master recordings, images or collaborator rights. The signer must obtain those permissions and identify any exclusions before commercial publication. No release of copyright ownership or waiver of moral rights is implied. No commercial publication is enabled without a signed revenue agreement and administrator review.

Artist representation & revenue sharing
| Revenue category | RIDM | Artist |
|---|---|---|
| Administrative management, bookings and promotions | 30% | 70% |
| Tour revenue generated through artist fan clubs | 30% | 70% |
| Music downloads and promotional media created, produced or co-produced by RIDM | 30% | 70% |
| Physical merchandise produced or reproduced by RIDM | 70% | 30% |
These are RIDM’s proposed commercial terms. A signed artist representation or co-production agreement defines covered revenue, gross or net calculation, approved production costs, taxes, refunds, rights, reporting and settlement dates. This schedule does not transfer an artist’s rights by itself.
Artist and performer packages
DJs, entertainers, recording artists, models, fashion talent and other performers can apply.
| Package | Total CAD | Payment schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Listings, website representation and promotional services only | $500 | $500 upfront |
| Full representation: booking, promotion and branding | $2,000, registration included | $500 deposit, then 12 monthly instalments of $125 |
The $500 full-package deposit covers system setup, artist websites, fan-club setup and communications. The remaining $1,500 is divided equally over 12 months, starting one month after registration. No additional registration charge is added. Package fees are separate from the existing agreed residual income and revenue shares.
Deliverables, commencement dates and cancellation terms are specified in the representation agreement. Payment schedules are planned; live checkout still awaits activation.
Artist income and first-payment reconciliation
Under the executed representation agreement, RIDM may reserve and apply verified fan-club, performance and engagement-booking income payable to the artist toward the unpaid package fee before releasing the remaining artist income. The artist may also make additional payments from earned revenues to complete the package early.
Calculate the artist’s payable share under the existing revenue-sharing agreement first. Apply that share to the earliest unpaid package amounts, including future instalments as prepayment, without counting the same receipt twice or collecting more than the remaining package balance. Itemized statements show the income, revenue allocation, package credit, remaining balance and amount available for release. Any unpaid remainder continues to fall due on the original payment schedule; income that has not been earned or received does not count as payment.
