The $500 and $1,500 charges are venue charges, not artist application fees. Individual performer fees, venue event fees and consumption commitments are recorded separately.

| Event type | Fee (CAD) | How it is calculated |
|---|---|---|
| Participating venue — each audition event | $500 per event | Regular event fee |
| Venue hosting a live event | $2,000 total per event | $500 venue participation plus $1,500 live-event hosting |
These are charges to participating venues. The individual artist application fee remains CAD $20; karaoke entry fees remain separate. The weekly group consumption commitment and agreed 10% promotional advertising charge are also accounted for separately. The event schedule identifies the event type, venue, date and payment arrangements.
At each karaoke competition, 10% of the total verified voting value goes to the artist with the most votes, and 10% goes into the accumulated prize pool. This 20% allocation is separate from venue reconciliation and replaces the earlier karaoke winner-pool allocation.
One verified token vote represents CAD $0.50. Only tokens used to vote in that karaoke competition count; unused tokens, drinks, entrance fees, admission tickets, taxes and transaction charges are excluded. For CAD $1,000 in verified voting value, the top artist receives $100 and the accumulated pool receives $100.
A tied top result is held for resolution before an award is issued. Pool contributions are tracked separately from payouts.

Talent Search — original artist content: entrants present their own original material and authorize its performance and promotional use.
Karaoke — presentation, performance and delivery: entrants perform karaoke repertoire; original songwriting is not a karaoke judging requirement. Judges rate each of these three criteria from 1 to 10, alongside the overall rating.
Both categories use the same verified audience-response voting and $5-per-month fan-club subscription structure, with the same $500 promotional and $1,500 full-representation qualification thresholds. Subscription receipts and public votes are tracked separately. Each verified $5 monthly subscription includes 10 initial vote tokens; using a credit records a vote. Winners are determined separately within each category by valid public votes under the published rules. Qualifying karaoke winners have the same access to promotional, representation and performance opportunities as Talent Search winners, subject to the same eligibility and confirmed award terms.
Bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities can subscribe their karaoke night and team to a collective round-robin. Teams visit the other sponsoring venues, and each participating venue hosts one performance in an agreed rotation.
The existing separate CAD $100 Iridium Network registration applies to approved entrants in both categories. The same network registration and fan-club pathway applies to approved karaoke entrants. Venue registration does not replace it. The 10% Promotional Advertising Charges above applies to the agreed bar-revenue or ticket-sales basis.
All prices here are CAD. Applications are open for review; payments, confirmed dates, production allocations and the venue spending agreement are arranged by DMC before events are confirmed.
The group collectively prepays CAD $500 per week, regardless of the number of venues. With equal sharing, 10 venues contribute $50 each or 20 venues contribute $25 each. DMC confirms the allocation and records the group payment once. Regular audition events cost $500 per event. For a main event, the venue pays $500 on reservation and an additional $1,500 one day before the event, totalling $2,000. Consumption, booking fees and participant registrations are separate ledgers.
The calculator does not add registration receipts to consumption commitments or assume that gross consumption spending is fully available to fund entertainment.
Participating venues receive 100 vote tokens once after verification of their CAD $500 signup/reservation deposit. These are the venue’s shared team/group tokens. The representative may use them cumulatively to support the team, or share and assign tokens to other participants. One token records one vote. Use the venue’s private access to manage the team balance.
This one-time benefit does not repeat with weekly consumption payments. The regular audition event fee is $500. The main-event package totals $2,000: $500 on signup/reservation plus $1,500 before the main event.

Use vote tokensSubmit your venue application first, then reserve a Thursday or Sunday event. DMC verifies the $500 regular audition event fee or, for a main event, the $500 reservation payment and additional $1,500 balance due one day before the main event and the group’s weekly $500 total payment. An unpaid reservation is not confirmed. Payment confirmation must be completed by Wednesday 11:59 p.m. Toronto time.
DMC attaches the group’s approved payment link to the CRM reservations. The group contribution is collected once per scheduled event; venue members coordinate payment through DMC. The receiving party, amount and reservation reference are checked before the payment is recorded; clicking a link does not confirm payment.

The Talent Search winner and the karaoke competition winner each have an opportunity to work with a song or music producer to produce at least one single promoting their achievement. Both category winners may also be considered for a term recording contract.
Producer arrangements, production scope, timing, funding, song and recording rights, credits and release promotion are confirmed in a written agreement. A term recording contract is a possible further opportunity, subject to an offer and mutually agreed terms.

Eligible voters who supported the championship winner may be selected for sponsor gift-card bonuses: first $1,000 (50%), second $600 (30%), third $400 (20%). Total voter bonus: CAD $2,000.
For confirmed prize recipients, return of qualifying vote-token redemption value remains separate. Redemption is through participating venues, entertainment or RIDM services, with sponsor gift certificates available as an alternative.
$5 monthly fan-club membership includes 10 initial vote tokens. Additional tokens: $10 for 25. One token records one vote; distribute tokens across competitors.
Voter recipient selection, tie rules, qualifying token-redemption value (including subscription tokens), participating sponsors and redemption procedures must be confirmed before activation. Backing the winner does not guarantee a voter prize. Checkout is awaiting activation.

| Winning Talent Search artists · ranked first through fourth | 20% |

| Top 10 voters who picked the winning performers | 10% |

The combined 20% consolation allocation is split equally: 10% of total voting-pool revenue goes to runner-up performers and 10% goes to the top 10 eligible voters who supported the winners. Highest voters are ranked by their verified votes cast for the winning performances. Voter places 1st–10th each receive an equal 10% share of the voter pool (1% of voting-pool revenue per place). Unfilled places remain reserved pending published eligibility and tie rules.
For example, CAD $10,000 in accumulated voting-pool revenue allocates $2,000 to winning performers, $1,000 to runner-up performers and $1,000 to the top-voter consolation pool. These are pool totals, not individual awards.
The separate CAD $2,000 sponsor voter bonus remains available under its own published terms. Performer winner shares (1st–4th): 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% of the 20% winner pool. Performer consolation shares (5th–10th): 30%, 25%, 20%, 12%, 8%, 5% of the 10% runner-up pool. Eligible Talent Search performances and tie rules remain to be confirmed; karaoke uses the separate event allocation above. The $500 example voter pool is shared among up to 4 qualifying voters; it is not $500 for each voter.
