What the program does

Participating independent businesses fund loyalty offers. Customers combine Gold Miles from approved businesses in one U Access account and may request real-gold allocation through the Gold Trust custody process.

Business onboarding

1. Create a U Access merchant account and verify your operating country.
2. Submit business name, website, requested reward rate and partner terms acceptance.
3. Complete DMC review. Supply the verified funding receipt for the reward budget.
4. Activate the approved reward offer. Publish its rate, exclusions and conditions to customers.
5. Submit eligible completed purchases through the merchant portal. DMC verifies receipts before issuing rewards once.

Rewards and reconciliation

100 miles = CAD 1 reward credit. Rates are merchant-specific; a 1% offer on CAD 100 of eligible spending earns 100 miles, equivalent to CAD 1. Local purchase amounts are converted using the recorded daily quote. Taxes, fees, refunds and duplicates are excluded. Each award reduces the funded merchant budget. One receipt cannot be submitted again to earn extra miles. Token payments that have already earned rewards must not be submitted a second time.

Real-gold redemption

From 10,000 available miles (CAD 100), a customer can request gold allocation. Miles are reserved. On confirmed custody, the administrator records fine-gold grams, price, allocation reference and custody receipt. This completes redemption. The customer may then request physical delivery review, subject to custodian minimums, delivery availability, verified address and a separately accepted quote. No automatic shipment or fixed gold price is promised.

Member cards

Regular is the everyday tokenized membership. Gold applies above CAD 100 paid in full; Diamond UXS premium / corporate applies from CAD 10,000 in verified investment funding. Gold and Diamond cards carry the holder name, approved credentials and an expiry date. Gold backing and associated prepaid tokens are not independently spendable balances. Credit requires separate approved usage and reconciliation terms.
