Offer specific revenue terms, collect the performer’s acceptance, then publish commercially cleared release files. Publishing does not initiate royalty payouts.

1. Offer a release & revenue agreement

Music and publication downloads: 40% rights holder / 60% Jukebox and DMC Communications. Listing fees are excluded. Recorded revenue share uses gross receipts after refund reversals; no processor-fee deductions or automatic payouts.

Revenue reconciliation

Digital sales are grouped by payment method and status. Only paid rows count as recognized revenue. Token purchases record CAD $1 face value per song. Refunded, blocked and pending rows are excluded from payable sales. Reconcile and settle under each signed agreement; this report does not send payouts.

Merchandising, advertising & settlement records

Manual reconciliation records only. A confirmed payout entry records a transfer already made; it does not send money. Apply the accepted agreement’s scope to each record.
